The aim of our worship is to glorify God every day.
Our main act of worship is Holy Communion every Sunday 9:30am.
We encourage people to honour the sabbath and put God first on Sundays. The service lasts arround an hour. We aim to be reverent without being stuffy and accessible without being superficial.
We have a mid week Holy Communion every Wed at 10am and prayers are said in church every week day.
Various other services happen throughout the year as advertised.
Children in Church?
Lots of families bring their children to St Nicholas' church.
Sunday school is available to all children of reception age upwards during part of our service while parents remain in church. Creche space is also available for pre school children and their parents.
The 1st Sunday of the month is normally our family communion during which we all stay in church together.
We now admit children from the age of 7 to Holy Communion following a preparation course and would be very happy to give you more details about this.
Toddler Church - for all pre school children and their parents, every Wed in term time, 9:30am.
